Data is always produced for critical parameters and you can view this data at any time. SmartMan systems have a data priority. This means that it only creates a colored graph if it receives data.

Producing accurate data is only the first step to objective informed decision making. SmartMan has the tools to provide this information to better inform policy, whether just for you class or for a whole state.

Accuracy is Paramount. SmartMan sensors are professional high grade proprietary sensors with tolerance, validity and reliability ratings. They are created as scientific instruments which can be the basis of rigorous scientific research.

DATA PRODUCED BY ALL PRODUCTS. It is your decision to do what you want with your data. Every time you re-display a set of results, the data are re-creating the visual display from the data that is stored on your hard drive. For some people it is enough to see the overall score and they use the summary tables and analysis on the tabs within the program. All SmartMan products product the data and allow you full immediate access to it.

DATA ENHANCED PRO+ PRODUCTS. Other people wish to export performance results. When you have results from many people, the easiest way to do this is to export the data into a spreadsheet. This allows you to clean, sort, and display the information that you are interested in. We distinguish this added data functionality as a 301 or Pro+ product.

eSERT PRODUCTS. Some places want to be able to examine results from many different locations and various SmartMan units. This can be within the same building or from across the country. Rather than have someone within the organization collect, export, clean and sort the data, then create a display for it, SmartMan eSERT Product automatically does this for you. It does most of the work involved in putting together data from different units in different locations, cleaning the data, and then providing you with a dashboard to give you graphical displays so you can see at-a-glance what is in your data.

QCI (Quality Control Information) module is the module included in all SmartMan products that allows you to access the data produced when an activity is performed. It provides visual display of information, allows you to backup your data and to export the information to an Excel spreadsheet.

All SmartMan produce accurate data. The colored graphs are constructed from data. When you see results, you can press on the various tabs to see summaries of the performance data and more detailed graphs. All products also provide you the ability to review any results at a later so that you have immediate access to that visual display of data.

 

201 Level Products include QCI, the basic data management tools, as well as an extra group of tools for trainer. These make accessing and assembling your data easier.

For example it makes backing up to an external stick a single click. Being able to export the information to a spreadsheet means it is easy to display your selected information in a graph. There is access to all data and with the ability to filter and then export that filtered data. From there it is possible to use programs such as Excel to create charts and display their data, and it is easier to process and analyzing the data beyond the visual displays. They are particularly useful to examine a class performance and to look at an individual's performance over time.
